Nicolas Kipp

Nicolas Kipp is the founder and CEO of Credibur, a Berlin-based fintech building a modular, API- and AI-first infrastructure that automates debt facilities between non-bank lenders and institutional capital providers replacing manual workflows with scalable, compliant processes from day one. Before founding Credibur, Nicolas was Co-Founder and Managing Director of Banxware, a pioneer in embedded lending for digital platforms, and served as Chief Risk Officer at Ratepay, leading credit risk, compliance, and data science. Earlier in his career, he worked as a strategy consultant in financial services, supporting fintech, banking, and payment clients on M&A, corporate finance, and business development projects. Nicolas is also a Board Member for Payment, FinTech & Digital Banking at Bitkom and advises startups and investors on credit, risk, and compliance topics.
